A private community just for siblings
The FLOR community is a private space for siblings of people navigating addiction and recovery — to ask hard questions, share what no one else seems to understand, and find people who just get it.
WHY WE EXIST
Most support spaces are designed for the person struggling with substances or for their parents.
Ours is for siblings
When our community founder Dominique started going to support groups to better understand and show up for her brother struggling with addiction, she found she was usually the only sibling.
Now, we’re changing that.
WHO OUR GROUP IS FOR
You’re in the right place if…
Your sibling struggles with addiction and you don’t know what to do (or not do)
You're the sibling who's been holding it together for everyone else
You don’t want to abandon your sibling, but not sure how to show up without losing yourself
You've been told your feelings are "less important" than what your sibling is going through
You’re curious about what other approaches are out there besides 12-step work
You're rebuilding a relationship in recovery and don't know what that's supposed to look like
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Real conversations
-
Whether you need a safe space to ask questions, want to just read some inspiring stories, or share your experience, with us you have an intimate community of siblings who are here.
-
Unlike a lot of support groups, we do share addiction information, evidence-based treatment approaches, and mental health updates. This way, we can better protect our wellbeing and guide our siblings to make well-informed, confident decisions.

Because our group is private, you don’t have to worry about who else will read your posts or who else knows you’re in the group. We also have clear rules members must agree to before joining.
“I always kept the peace.
Now, I’ve joined this group because I want to feel heard, not alone, and not be judged for my feelings.”
